- Backpedal to the service line again
- Sidestep to your left to the far Singles sideline
This drill improves speed and footwork, which are two ESSENTIAL components of tennis. This also gets blood flowing so everyone can perform their best.

This works on hand eye coordination, which is a key fundamental in tennis success. This is also a very fun, popular drill.
The Dribble
This is the opposite version of the frying pan. This also helps with consistency and hand eye coordination.

These are the two most used shots in tennis. We will learn eye hand coordination and how to hold a consistent rally.
